Mayor Rodrigo Duterte advised the public to start building a funeral parlor in anticipation of the increased deaths of criminal elements especially drug pushers.
After arrival at the NAIA on Wednesday after his arrival from Hong Kong said, “If I become president, I advise you people to put up several funeral parlor businesses because I am against illegal drugs, I might kill someone because of it,” the Philippine Star quoted him as saying.
Duterte also advised drug traffickers to go out of the Philippines or kill themselves because he would be really heavy handed with them.
“If elected president of the Philippines, my priority is to stop criminality and corruption in the government.”
He also reiterated his tandem with Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano.
“He is a good tandem [partner] and in [that] sense we agreed to be in tandem,” he said.
